I just obtained an ASUS Lamborghini VX2S, not because it’s actually any good in today’s age but it’s cool and something I’ve always wanted to own.

Mine looks like it’s been upgraded to a T9300 CPU as I don’t believe this was standard, 4GB of RAM and I installed a 240GB solid state drive. I might look at changing the CPU to a T9900, but I’m unsure how much difference I’d notice in XP/98 era games.

I installed XP over the original Vista as I think this thing would struggle with any Vista/7 games and generally those will run on my modern gaming PC, so I might try some older XP/98 games.

It’s missing the hinge covers, and the battery has some plastic damage but I can’t find replacements for either. So I’ll need to keep looking for a battery unless anyone knows of a good repalcement, and maybe try to 3D print some hinge covers.
